Terms of Service — Perry Insurance Group

1. Acceptance

By submitting a quote request or using the Perry Insurance Group Coastal Comparative Rating Portal ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Quotes are not binders

Quotes returned by the Service are estimates based on the information you provide. Coverage is bound only when a licensed agent confirms eligibility and you sign a binding application. Premiums and eligibility are subject to carrier underwriting review.

3. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate property and personal information. Material misrepresentation can void coverage at the carrier's discretion.

4. Licensing

Perry Insurance Group is a licensed insurance producer in South Carolina and North Carolina (Agency NPN 17911987). We may only quote with carriers we are actively appointed with.

5. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime of third-party carrier portals.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
