When you request a quote or use the Perry Insurance Group Coastal Comparative Rating Portal, we collect the information necessary to obtain insurance quotes on your behalf, including: name, contact information, property address, and property details such as year built, square footage, roof condition, and prior insurance history.
2. How we use your information
- To obtain quotes from licensed insurance carriers we are appointed with.
- To prepare proposals and bind coverage when you accept a quote.
- To comply with state insurance regulations and licensing requirements.
- To improve the accuracy of our coastal underwriting models.
3. Sharing
Your information is shared only with insurance carriers necessary to obtain quotes, and with our agency management system for policy servicing. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Security
We follow SOC 2 aligned controls including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, multi-factor authentication for staff, and a complete audit trail of every action taken on your record.
5. Your rights
